Epic Reads Book Tag

1) If you could invite one author and one of their fictional characters to lunch, who would you invite and what would you serve them?

Cassandra Clare and Will Herondale. I would serve duck pancakes with hoisin sauce; you will only understand this if you have read The Infernal Devices.

2) What book do you wish the author would write a prequel for?

Either a prequel for Rhys and Tamlin before Fryre came into their lives – so we can see what happened to them in their childhood, and see what they were like when they were older but before Fryre came along.

3) Which two characters (not from the same book) would make a good couple?

Heather from Black Cairn Point and The Assassin from The Kiss of Deception, as they both aren’t all they seem to be.

4) If you ran into your favorite author on the tube and only could say one sentence to them, who is it and what would it be?

I have many favourite authors, but I am going to use authors that I read when I was younger for this question – as I feel it would be a more personal sentence for both me and the authors. Also the authors could then see and know the memories they have allowed to be created through their words. I would say to Michel Morpurgo – “Your books were a huge part of my childhood, and I will never forget reading The Butterfly Lion with my mum on my bed; and my parents reading them to me when I was hospital.” I would say to Laura St. John and Michelle Harrison -“Because of your books I was able to have the the memory of reading them with my mum when I was younger – and for that I thank you.”

5) What book made you a reader and why?

There never was just one book that made me become a reader; I just always read as a child. My parents would constantly read to me. I remember reading the authors in the question above with my parents all the time – especially when I was in hospital.

6) Your bookshelf just caught fire. Show the book you’d save.

This is turning into a tag all about the books I used to read as a child – but although I have so many books I love I would probably save my Michel Morpurgo, Laura St. John and Michelle Harrison books; as losing those would feel like losing precious moments and memories with my parents.

7) Which dystopian world would you want to live in if you had to choose one? Why?
Divergent because I would like to experience what life inside each faction is like, also because I would like to see which faction I would be in in this world. This is the faction test if you want to complete it and see what faction you would be in; comment in the comments what faction you would like to be in and what the test said you would be in if you do it please. I was Divergent! Divergent faction quiz

8) What is your most epic read of all time?
I don’t have just one epic read of all time – as there are so many books out there that I have enjoyed and thought were epic. Some of my favourite would be Cassandra Clare and Sarah J Mass’s books though; if you couldn’t tell already I love these two authors books.

Thank you for reading this tag, I hope you enjoyed it; feel free to like and comment any other questions you have in the comments and I will answer them for you.

    1. That’s ok, I love your Instagram and the pictures you post. Haven’t you, oh she is such a good author? Yes I did mention her a few times, didn’t I? 😂🤣 Have you had a look at her books? What do you think of them, do you think you would like them? I suggest you start with The Infernal Devices series, as they are better than the Mortal Instruments series – however the Mortal Instruments series is still good and I love this series too. 😁😃😆
